Ing. Vladimír Mihálik

We respect both our employees and our clients equally. Therefore, we are a stable team of 30 civil engineers, medical technology engineers, structural engineers and a lot of other long-term external experts. As a team, we perfectly complement one another when pursuing a common objective. We share our experience of projects, and thus we are able to keep improving and coming up with innovative solutions. In our company, we implement management systems and processes.

Ing. Vladimír Mihálik

I started VM PROJECT, s.r.o. in 2005 behind a working desk in a rented apartment using one computer and one printer. Gradually, as orders were growing in number, I expanded the firm, hiring my colleagues who have found their stable place here. In the course of time, the more skilled ones made their way up to leading positions, and they are my right hand, my eyes and my ears. I lead, build, cultivate and raise company VM PROJECT like my own child. I devote my free time to my family and hobbies like cycling and travelling the world including Slovakia.

Ing. Karol Ferenczy

Director for Key Customers

I have been working in VM PROJEKT since 2010 when I joined a small team of people as a project designer. Doing my best in the rapidly growing company, I have worked my way up to a position of director for key customers in the field of power engineering and industry. In addition to being jointly responsible for company management, financial matters and strategic plans, “the raising” of project designers and lead engineers is also within my competence. Under my baton, they participate in planning all aspects of projects ranging from communication with our clients up to the hand-over of a construction itself.

Ing. Miloš Druska

Director for Key Customers

I started as a project designer and a technician, whom I still am. Over the process of company development and growth, I have gradually worked my way to the solving of the company’s business matters. I am mainly responsible for business communication with our clients to keep them updated on a status of their project. I deal with technical solutions and ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met. In case of any technical uncertainty or issues, I communicate with lead engineers of a given projects in order that everything is done as planned.

Ing. Naďa Kosírová

Production Director

I have been working in the firm since 2013. I started by designing small-scale constructions, and gradually, I was given a position of production director. I am responsible for the allocation of human resources for individual projects. I also manage our internal project designers’ training and education and recruitment of new people. In addition to that, I process price offers. If there is any time left, I like to return to designing small constructions as a lead project engineer.
