Set of Energy Constructions for TR 110/22 kV Púchov and TNS Connection for ŽSR

The project was aimed at compacting a substation into a minimum space and on finding a technical solution design for a classic H-type substation while shortening construction time to 8 months, including technology under complex foundation conditions and with the object situated in a flood zone of an adjacent stream.

Logistic Optimization Centre LOZ III in VOLKSWAGEN Slovakia, a.s.

For our company, it was a significant strategic project in which we managed to perfectly connect a main hall logistic section with administrative premises. The project was solved for the area of 120,000 m2. In cooperation with VW representatives, we created a valuable work where we showed that an industrial object also can be executed in an architectonic, aesthetic and attractive way. Unique façade elements were applied to an administrative building.

Residential Set “Residence by the Tallgate – Rezidencia pri Mýte”, 2nd Stage

The project was a huge challenge for us in terms of how to combine architects’ requirements with the functionality of buildings. In the 2nd stage, we solved 195 unique apartments on 42 floors in 5 buildings.

HOW DO WE CREATE A DESIGN?

2D Design

We create a 2D design using professional software Autocad. When working within 2D, our main priorities are our consistency and a maximum narrative value delivered in accordance with valid regulations and standards. We consider the overall coordination ensured when documenting a 2D project to be our biggest benefit.

3D Design

If requested, we produce a 3D design in terms of simple movements in space and for the structural presentation of a building. Animations and visualizations elaborated by a professional software intended for BIM design are our value added. We use software Revit, AECOsim Building Designer and Microstation.

BIM Design

BIM projection represents the highest degree of the value added which we can offer within the elaboration of project documentation. We apply our own standards and use a central register of constructions. We do our work using a master file to which individual participants contribute throughout the whole process. The BIM design is thus not only a 3D project but also a complex database of construction elements which is used from a stage of design through construction up to the use of an object over the course of a whole life cycle of the object. We use Revit to design BIM.
